About Mr. Jack

I’m Jack, a fully qualified British English teacher with a BA and MA in English Literature and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Teaching English). I also have specific certifications in TEFL and teaching towards the IELTS exam.

 

I started my English teaching journey teaching abroad, at a small school in the Republic of Georgia, and then a university in China.  I then went on to teach in the UK comprehensive sector for several years, before taking a year off to travel the world by bicycle.  Adventure completed, I transitioned into the private sector in the United Arab Emirates, working for an ambitious US curriculum school. After Covid, it became clear that the future of education was bespoke, online provision, so I started English With Mr. Jack, and began working for myself. 

 

Since then I have been teaching students around the globe online, preparing them for their school exams, IELTS, business english needs, and more.
